Dear Jenny,

It is 9 weeks since I completed the LP course, and in that time I can hardly believe how much I have achieved, and how much I have changed.... for the better! After doing M.E. for over 20 yrs, I am now working towards rebuilding my life and strength and getting a life that I love! Everything is flowing so much more easily, I am so much happier and positive, it is fantastic! I know that I am now well on the road to recovery, and am enjoying feeling 'normal' again for the first time in many years!

By the end of the second day of the LP, I felt totally different, as though the ME and the dreadful heaviness that accompanied it had been lifted from me, and replaced with a feeling of peace, balance and normality again, something I felt may not happen after all these years, but it has happened! And I feel as though I am smiling on the inside all the time, and beaming on the outside too!! I have the old healthy me back, only a better more improved me than before! Apart from the amazing physical improvements and achievements I have made, what really amazes me is how confident I feel, and how wonderful it is to have regained my self-esteem and self worth! After years of being bedridden and housebound, my self-esteem and confidence was at rock bottom and I didnt know how to change that, until I learned the LP, and my life changed for ever! 

At first, I wondered if I would wake up each day feeling the same, or if I would wake up feeling bad again...but I don't, and 9 wks on I still feel happy and positive, and life is full of possibilities!  I can hardly believe all the goals I have achieved, nor can I describe how fantastic it feels to be doing them, getting out of the house, doing things I haven't done for years, and experiencing life again almost as if for the first time! 

Recovering from ME is like being released from a long, lonely and difficult prison sentence, and the freedom is fantastic... I am learning to live again, working towards living the life that I love, rebuilding my life in every way, and feeling so positive that this is possible, and that this will happen! I have the energy and vitality to look forward to seeing people and getting out and about again, without worrying if I can manage it, or dreading the payback, and that is more than I could have hoped for. If someone had told me a year ago that I would achieve all that I have achieved so far, I would have found it hard to believe, but here I am, looking forward to xmas, knowing that I can write my own cards, wrap the presents that I went out and bought myself, and still have the energy for  some xmassy days out that I have planned !  I not only feel better, but other people tell me I look so much better, and sound better too! 

I can't thank Jenny enough for all her help, advice and support. Learning the LP was the final part of the puzzle, after years of trying many therapies and treatments, and I can only advise anyone thinking of trying it for themselves to go for it and reclaim a life that they love and deserve!
