How effective is the Lightning Process For Severe CFS/ME?
The Lightning Process has been applied successfully by people at all levels of severity of CFS & ME including those with the severest form of the condition. . For further information see client stories.
Many people with moderate and severe forms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and M.E have successfully attended Jenny's group seminars - there is alot of benefit from attending the group training, and it is structured in such a way that is suited to those with poor concentration and severe fatiguability. Venues are wheelchair accessible.
In addition for the most severely affected Jenny has a small number of one to one spaces available. These are for bedridden/Housebound Clients. Jenny has trained many people who are very incapacitated by CFS/ME, including people who have been bedridden or housebound with for many years.
Jenny is a very experienced advanced practitioner and she is happy to chat to you, or your carer or communicate by text or e-mail about the best arrangements for you to undergo the Lightning Process Training.
Often it is helpful for your partner or carer to attend the training with you.
What Follow Up Support is Available?
Jenny has a 100% commitment to ensuring that her trainees learn all that they need to learn during the training and to providing professional support as trainees put that training into practice in their lives.
All clients receive Jenny's standard follow up package of a call 1 week and 1 month following training. The 1 week call is organised by Jenny and she asks her trainees to contact her as and when required for a follow up at around 1 month. Additional support is available from Jenny within the cost of the training for trainees who are experiencing problems or "stucks" to help them get back on track - details are available from Jenny.
How Much Does The Training Cost
The current cost for a UK seminar is £605 for training with advanced trainer Jenny Gilmore. Concessionary rates are available for people in receipt of certain full time benefits and full-time education. For further details contact Jenny.
The cost for a one to one is £605, plus travel expenses, and overnight accommodation if that is required.
Is My Practitioner Experienced in Training People with Severe CFS/ME?
Jenny has taken many people with severer forms of CFS and ME through the Lightning Process, both at their own home and within groups. This, together with personal experience of the incapacity caused by M.E. and experience of chairing the local support group give her a broad awareness of the issues affecting people who are very unwell with CFS and ME.
