How effective is the Lightning Process For Children and Young People?

The Lightning Process is a highly affective tool for helping adults children and young people with "stuck" issues, including physical disorders like CFS & ME, and other issues such as depression, anxiety and negative thinking.  She has seen the Lightning Process create fantastic life changing results. For further information see recovery stories.  

Children as young as 12 have successfully attended Jenny's group seminars - there is alot of benefit from attending the group training, and it is structured in such a way that is suited to the needs of younger people. With children younger than 12 the Lightning Process may also be taken on a one to one basis.

Jenny works in consultation with the parents to create a training suitable for the child and young person.  Parents/guardians attend the training to assist the trainee with the training. Jenny always ensures that there is an opportunity for some one to one work in a group setting.

Jenny is a very experienced advanced practitioner and she is happy to chat or communicate by e-mail about the best arrangements to create the best environment for the Lightning Process Training.

What Follow Up Support is Available? 

Jenny has a 100% commitment to ensuring that her trainees learn all that they need to learn during the training and to providing professional support as trainees put that training into practice in their lives.

All clients receive Jenny's standard follow up package of a call 1 week and 1 month following training. The 1 week call is organised by Jenny and she asks her trainees to contact her as and when required for a follow up at around 1 month. Additional support is available from Jenny within the cost of the training for trainees who are experiencing problems or "stucks" to help them get back on track - details are available from Jenny.

How Much Does The Training Cost

The current cost for a UK seminar is £605 for training with advanced trainer Jenny Gilmore.  Concessionary rates are available for people in receipt of certain full time benefits and full-time education. For further details contact Jenny.

The cost for a one to one is £605, plus travel expenses, and overnight accommodation if that is required.

Is My Practitioner Experienced in Training Young People and Children?

Jenny has taken many people of school age through the lightning process, including young people at home with the severest form of CFS/ME. 

Jenny used the Lightning Process herself to recover from the severe disabling symptoms of CFS/ME. and continues to apply it in her life.  She chaired the local M.E support group giving her a broad awareness of the issues affecting children & young people with CFS and ME. She is very involved in the day to day life of her boyfriend's 3 children ages 8, 11 and 12.
