Coaching is a powerful change tool to assist to help you to explore your personal potential, expand your thinking and enable you to achieve your aims as effortlessly as possible.
I work with individuals with a range of issues including:
- Managing transition,
- Taking positive action towards goals,
- Returning to work,
- Resolving conflicts,
- Creating strategies to deal with specific issues such as building self esteem, and weight management.
Typically I work with clients for 6 sessions or more, for 30 minutes, one to one, over the phone weekly or fortnightly. Coaching can include practical exercises ("in between assignments") if you wish.
This includes one to one coaching for Lightning Process® Graduates

2. For people who would like to receive coaching from someone with an understanding of the lightning process®.

Jenny Gilmore uses hypnotherapy which gives individuals choice by enabling them to access states of awareness to facilitate change in areas of their lives such as personal development, problem solving and healing. The approach is particularly effective when combined with neurolinguistic programming technique
Jenny Gilmore is also provider of Neuro-Linguistic programming (NLP) in York. This approach aims to create lasting and rapid change in their lives of individuals. It uses a set of tried and tested techniques developed from hypnotherapy and psychotherapy by Drs Bandler and Grinder as result of their study of the work of successful therapists. These tools have been refined and developed over more than 25 years to help individuals resolve issues and reach their full potential.
