Jenny Gilmore is a very experienced, advanced Lightning Process Practitioner and professional trainer. She quaified in the Lightning Process and her Diploma in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Coaching with internationally renowned hypnotherapist and NLP trainer Phil Parker. She was one of the first practitioners to be trained to teach the Phil Parker Lightning Process, and one of one of the first 20 advanced Lightning Processs Practitioners in the world. She is a graduate of the University of London, holds additional qualifications in anatomy and physiology, and studied Occupational Therapy for 3 years at one of the UK's top training colleges at York. She is a member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapists and is a telephone coach for students studying at the Phil Parker Training Institute, (formally known as European College of Holistic Medicine.)
Jenny has lived in Yorkshire for more than 20 years. She has many years of commitment to providing quality high quality support and training to assist people to recover from their issues and to reach their full potential. From the late 1980s she specialised to work with people with disability and health issues and later became a Director of the Disability Information and Advice Centre in York (DIAC). She chaired the York and District ME Group providing support and advice to people with CFS, M.E and Fibromyalgia and their families for 3 years. Her achievements there include setting up a friendship network and newsletter linking more than 200 people with ME & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome across North Yorkshire. She has experienced first hand the pressures of working in both the business and public sector, and for 14 years lived with the severe disabling fatigue and incapacity caused by M.E.
Jenny Gilmore developed her interest in the Lightning Process, NLP and hypnotherapy when she was looking for new approaches to help people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and ME. She was impressed by their ability to promote powerful and rapid change to help people improve their health and achieve peak performance. The Lightning Process has transformed Jenny's own life and health. It has enabled her return to work and has given her a future that she never thought possible.

Jenny is a member of the Lightning Process Register. This Register has been created to ensure that when you take the Lightning ProcessTM training you will be trained by a practitioner who has reached the appropriate level of training in the Phil Parker Lightning ProcessTM and abides by the register's code of conduct. In order to be granted a licence to practise and to be accepted onto the Register the Practitioner needs to be extensively trained and maintain their continued professional development. She is an advanced Lightning Process Practitioner. Advanced practitioner's for M.E. are the most experienced practitioners in the field.
